National Embodied Intelligence Pilot Base Opens in Hangzhou (国家人工智能应用中试基地)
China’s first national-level pilot platform dedicated to embodied intelligence officially opened in Hangzho. Billed as a “national vocational training ground” for robots, the facility currently hosts over 130 robot “employees” training across 30 different real-world scenarios. These range from power inspection and underground operations to fruit harvesting and unmanned supermarkets, bridging the gap between lab research and commercial deployment. [2]

Unitree Files for IPO, Reveals 32.4% Global Humanoid Market Share (宇树科技)
Unitree Robotics filed for its STAR Market IPO with a valuation exceeding ¥12 billion ($1.65B). The prospectus shows the company shipped over 5,500 humanoid robots in 2025, capturing a 32.4% global market share to rank first worldwide. Their revenue jumped from ¥3.92 billion in 2024 to ¥17.08 billion in 2025, with humanoid robots now accounting for over half of their sales. The company also recently launched the GD01, a ¥3.9 million manned transforming mech with 90%+ domestic components. [3]

At the provincial level, Yunnan has released a comprehensive 52-article draft ordinance for promoting the low-altitude economy, covering everything from safety supervision to infrastructure.
